This is a multi-million dollar company experiencing double digit growth year over year.
They are a value-added reseller and full-service distributor of short-run digital label printing equipment and has been in operation for over 20 years.
This is an in-office position:

The overarching responsibility of this position is to support the sales teams with lead management, customer service and general office support of the company.
Respond to live chat (leads) inquiries in a timely, almost immediate manner Respond to email lead inquiries Monitor and distribute sales leads to the sales team Promptly answer preliminary, general sales questions for equipment sales, blank label sales, and supply sales (example:
if I place this order now, will this ship today?) Create a welcoming office environment for all team members and visitors Provide general administrative and clerical support such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and emailing necessary items Support the Order Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Operations teams with orders, logistics and ordering inventory, as needed Provide general administrative support to the company owner, as needed Education, Skills and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, required Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, preferred but not required Ability to confidently navigate MacOS, required Must be extremely comfortable operating on a computer, including advanced typing speed (at least 55 words per minute), toggling between multiple screens and open items, using keyboard shortcuts for efficiencies, etc.
