Responsibilities:
Travel is required to various stores within your assigned routeoRecover, replenish and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visitsoValidate all the carton deliveries from the Distribution CenteroImplement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelinesoReplenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales flooroEnsure promotions and sale are in line with operational requirementsoEnsure Markdowns are in line with operational requirementsoOrganize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom)oProcess empty cards, transfers and damages as requiredoCheck style numbers in concession system to ensure scanning properlyoProactively look for and make suggestions on how to improve sales performanceoEnsure that the Concession area is kept clean and tidy at all times and products are not left on the flooroLead and train partner team by example demonstrating good product knowledgeoProvide to Concessions District Sales Manager regular updates on performance of concessions, providing feedback and recommendations for areas of improvementClaire's is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and we encourage applications from members of all underrepresented groups, including those with disabilitiesWe will accommodate applicants' needs, upon request, throughout all stages of the recruitment processPlease inform us of the accommodation(s) that you may require.
