Compensation:
$35,000 - $40,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Follow a predetermined shot list for each property, incorporating angles and perspectives that highlight the essence of each property.
Utilize drones to showcase properties from above while observing all local safety and regulatory guidelines.
Create 3D virtual tours for each property using the Matterport camera and app.
Coordinate and schedule photo appointments with clients in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining strong communication with them throughout the scheduling and shooting process.
Manage photography schedules, accommodating the occasional need for twilight or weekend shoots.
Coordinate closely with the Listing and Marketing Teams to align on photo requirements and listing specifics.
Upload and deliver raw camera files to the editing team, ordering virtual staging for vacant homes if needed.
Organize, label, and archive all raw and edited photographs in the team's file system.
Stay up-to-date and informed about the latest in photography techniques, equipment, and software.
Use software like Adobe Photoshop to further enhance and retouch photos as delivered by the editing team, ensuring they represent properties accurately and attractively.
This includes basic editing touch-ups, perspective fixes, sky/grass drops, item removal, etc.
Occasionally assist with on-location preparations, placing signage, or setting up lock boxes.
Additional Photography:
Cover varied photography assignments, including team events, headshots, and community engagements, while highlighting our team's brand and culture.
Qualifications:
Expertise in using professional-grade cameras and equipment.
Prior experience in real estate photography is favorable, but we are open to training a dedicated individual.
Familiarity with photo-editing software, especially Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
Experience in drone photography with knowledge of local regulations and safety guidelines.
Existing one Part 107 certification is preferred or will need to be acquired.
Comfortable receiving and acting on critical feedback to achieve desired results.
Willingness to adapt to changing schedules or shooting conditions, and ability to handle unforeseen challenges on-site.
Punctuality, respect for clients' properties, and an understanding of the importance of discretion and confidentiality when required.
