We are looking for an office assistant to keep up with transportation email requests, make quotes, make reservations, assign jobs to drivers, email drivers, do all transportation schedule, billing, payroll, file, keep up with office work.
I offer bonus working coordinating while having events.
We are looking for a long term employee with experience in excel, Microsoft office at least 40 words per minute.
Must have clean background and pass random drug test.
