You can help children realize their educational potential by becoming a part-time Learning Center Program Coordinator at Huntington Learning Center in Cypress TX.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Front desk duties:
greeting families, answering and directing calls, coordinating office activities Scheduling duties - update, create schedules for the teachers and students on a daily and weekly basis, make timely changes as necessary, coordinate with students and staff.
Attention to detail and clear focus are crucial in this task.
Monitor center activity during active tutoring hours Supervising part-time teachers REQUIREMENTS:
Attention to detail is crucial in this role.
Being able to multi task in an high paced environment.
Previous experience managing schedules in an academin setting is a plus.
Excellent communication and listening skills with both adults and children Familiarity with computers and experience with Microsoft Office and Internet applications Patience, enthusiasm, willingness to work with children on several academic levels Reliable transportation Prior teaching experience is a plus Must be local to the area Be available to work days and hours listed (please answer all application questions before submitting your resume) SCHEDULE:
You must be available Monday - Thursday between 10 am - 5 pm during the summer, 11 am - 6 pm Mon - Thurs during the school year; Saturdays from 8.
30 am - 2 pm.
Occasional Fridays.
