Responsibilities:
-Maintain Ravenna's high standard of quality throughout the construction process -Schedule subcontractors and vendors, order construction material, inspect materials -Review completed tasks for accuracy and quality -Comply with all Developers' Builder Guidelines -Conduct the new home demonstration -Complete warranty work in a timely manner -Oversee all construction phases from start to completion -Maintain an overall clean and safe job site environment in compliance with OSHA regulations -Manage deadlines and goals and complete assignments in a timely manner SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS required :
- A minimum of 2 years of residential Construction Management experience -Driven, proven performer in a fast-paced environment -Ability to make decisions under pressure -Self-starter that can effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines -Excellent customer service, writing, communication and organizational skills -High level of professionalism -Ability to follow blueprints, drawings and specifications -Current, valid Driver's License -High School Diploma or GED Job Type:
