Maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety, ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the popular breakfast and lunch restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources as set forth by the company's standards, procedures, and policies.
Management of Daily Operational Requirements Follows company procedures and standards in coaching, teaching, and training staff.
Knowledgeable of schedules and business trends to staff restaurant Proficient in all prep areas and follows all recipes using the proper recipes.
Teaches food prep and execution effectively.
Knowledgeable of all positions in the back of the house and FOH Proficient in company specifications on dry goods, groceries, and produce.
Orders and receives goods, not limited to wine, liquor, and beer, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Ability to spot sale trends and being able to adapt.
Focus on fast, friendly service emphasizing Guest Service is a core component of culture.
Ensures a member of management is always engaged on the floor and talking with every table and guest Oversee and take responsibility for guest reviews and comments.
Formulates a system to monitor all social media and follow up when needed when experiences don't match our expectations Guarantees 100% guest satisfaction Promotes a healthy positive work environment Recognizes and develops existing staff into shift leaders and managers Monitors and ensures set up of sanitation tools Follows standardized cleaning procedures and practices the clean-as-you-go philosophy.
