We're looking for Customer Service Representatives who embrace forward thinking and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
The right candidates will have a commitment to quality customer service, and are eager to help our clients find their ideal product solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service over the phone.
Read information from computer screen.
Answer questions about products, services, and policies.
Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
Manage customer complaints.
Give customer information on how to resolve their problems.
Explain how to use new products and services.
Spell correctly.
Write grammatically correct sentences.
Interact directly with the customer doing on site meetings for information gathering purposes, to assist the owner in the creation of a 3D swimming pool plan.
Help and assist with job scheduling.
Light filing and paperwork.
Assist with Bank Deposits, and picking up checks.
Picking up and or dropping of items to various jobsites as needed basis.
ASSIST the owner with day to day activities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
