Reviews and collects outstanding patient balances.
Provides outstanding customer service, answering client questions regarding charges and practice billing policies via email and telephone.
Tasks:
Process Payments for all offices Reach out to clients with declined cards and missing payment forms.
Verify insurance for clients scheduled.
Managing Patient Aging Reports Manage Internal & Client Messaging regarding Accounts Receivable Manage Billing E-Mail Post ERA's & collect necessary balances.
Send Superbills to clients that request them.
