We would like for the candidate to have worked in a childcare setting for at least two years.
Online and in-person training service provided and paid for by the school for teachers to expand their knowledge in early childcare while obtaining training certificates.
Requirements Minimum 2 years of Daycare Teaching Experience Be a self-starter with patience and the ability to make good judgment calls; must demonstrate qualities of self-motivation, creativity, reliability, and dependability.
Must have and maintain a satisfactory criminal background in accordance with state and federal requirements.
Maintain certification in CPR and First Aid training or be willing to be certified once hired.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED 18 years old or older All tasks are to be performed in accordance with Ivy Kids Quality Assurance and Education policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulatory agencies.

Implement curriculum created by Ivy Kids in the classroom.
Meet the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs of each child.
Maintain daily open communication with parents and confidentiality Arrange a classroom environment in accordance with program goals and philosophy and maintain a safe and healthy environment Keep all appropriate daily records to satisfy Ivy Kids Kids, state, health, and federal requirements.
Know rules and regulations for state minimum standards and operate your classroom in accordance with these standards.
