To Assist all members of the sales team including the Call Center Major
Responsibilities:
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information by researching, locating, and providing information.
Gather customer information accurately Set appointments for sales leads in CRM system Input customer information accurately in the CRM system Follow up with new leads Assist in day-to-day office support duties Qualifications/Skills:
Ability to learn about industry, company, products and competition Excellent verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Documentation skills Active listening skills Attention to detail Problem solving skills Typing, word processing and data entry skills Compensation:
Hourly Must be able to work Weekends and 8am - 5pm shift Job Type:
